This lovely watering can would have been used originally, to carry hot water, to top up foot baths and washing bowls in Victorian homes. Now it makes a great watering can for inside or the garden. It has lost its lift up lid, but it is still perfectly usable. There are plenty of knocks and chips in the enamel, as you would expect with a genuine antique, but it is water-tight and perfect for flowers or to water plants.
