Truly wonderful original 1940-50s childs' straw hats. These hats came from a shop in Provençe that closed in the 1940's. The stock was packed away and only recently re-discovered. Most still have the original price label on in old Fench Francs (i.e approx. pre-1940). They show a little bit of dust on the brims consistent with their age, but are otherwise perfect. Lovely as they as they are but are so wonderful when embellished with ribbons and flowers... |
