Totally original, un-used babies' bonnets from the 1930-40's. These pretty cotton and cotton pique bonnets are made to a simple, flat design with poppers at the back to give them shape, with a central bow and a face framing peak to keep the sun from baby's face. Wonderfully nostalgic, these hats came from a shop in Provence that closed in the 1940s. The stock was packed away and only recently re-discovered. We have a large stock of these bonnets in various different prints, they have never been used, some have some faint age marks but can be hand-washed and are lovely to use as a sun hat for babies 6-12 months old. |
